Former Energy Minister under the NDC govt, John Abu Jinapor says, the poor economy cannot be attributed to the corona virus pandemic.
He says, the economy was in shambles prior to the onset of the pandemic, and so the current situation is due to mismanagement, lies and falsification of data by the ruling govt.
