The Presidential Candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama, has brought his #Mahama4Change2024 campaign tour to the Western Region, marking the 15th region visited on his nationwide tour.

Day One: A Strategic Start
The Western Regional tour begins with a courtesy call on the Western Region House of Chiefs in Sekondi.
This meeting underscores John Mahama’s commitment to traditional leadership and the integral role chiefs play in fostering development and maintaining harmony in their communities.
Following this, Mr. Mahama will engage with religious leaders, including the Assemblies of God Church in Anaji. Here, he will outline the NDC’s plans to promote national unity and address the moral and spiritual needs of the nation.
The campaign will then move to Daboase in the Wassa East constituency for a community engagement, where John Mahama will interact directly with residents to discuss their challenges and share solutions.
This will be followed by a mini rally in Shama, where he will energize supporters with his plans for regional and national development.

The NDC flagbearer will continue his tour in Kojokrom, where a community engagement will provide an opportunity for residents to hear directly from Mr. Mahama about his vision for a transformed Ghana.
Key issues such as job creation, infrastructure, and education are expected to feature prominently in his address.
Further stops will include a mini rally in Sekondi, a meeting with supporters at Bankease, and a visit to Kwesimintsim, where he will engage with residents on the NDC’s plans to improve local industries and create opportunities for the youth.

The day’s activities will conclude in Takoradi, where John Mahama will participate in another community engagement.
