Appointment of John Paintsil as Black Stars Assistant Coach is in the right Direction – Ex Black Stars captain reveals

Former Black Stars Captain Asamoah Gyan has expressed his support for the appointment of John Paintsil as the Black Stars Assistant Coach, stating that it signifies a step in the right direction for the team.

In an interview on another platform, Asamoah Gyan emphasized that the appointment of John Painstil as the assistant coach was in the right direction because he has sacrifice for the nation. Gyan believes that Paintsil’s understanding of the game, coupled with his passion for Ghanaian football, will contribute positively to the development and success of the Black Stars.

John Paintsil, is a former Black Stars player who brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the coaching staff. John Painstil played for the Black Stars from 2001 to 2013. For ten of those years – between 2003 and 2013 , he shared the Black Stars dressing room with Asamoah Gyan.
