ANDRE AYEW REJOINS FRENCH OUTFIT LE HAVRE

Andre Ayew’s hiatus from competitive football is over following confirmation of a return to club football. The 34 year has rejoined Ligue 1 side Le Havre on a short term deal.

Ayew’s return to football demonstrate his unrivalled relentlessness which has seen him play for several top sides in Europe. Last season he scored 6 goals for Le Havre. His overhead kick against Lorient competed for the goal of the season award.

With the Black Stars struggling in the 2025 AFCON qualifier, the under-20 World Cup winner’s return to active football could spark discussion over a potential return to international football.

Ayew’s contract runs till the end of the season.
