Amputee Sports: Black Challenge to hold a press conference on Monday

Ghana National Amputee Football team ( The Black Challenge), is to hold a press conference on Monday, 30th September, 2024., and threatens to boycott the 2026 World Cup in Costa Rica, San Jose. 

The report detailed after the director of welfare for the Ghana National Amputee team Mr Emmanuel Akpabli, defended their back-to-back Gold medal in 2024, Afcon held in Egypt  Cairo barely five months ago in an exclusive interview on Royal 89.3fm Asankrangwa on the authoritative empire sports” showed their displeasure on how the country has neglected them up to date. 

The playing body, the technical team, and the management are calling on the government, the sports ministry led by Hon Mustapha Yussif, and the president of the Ghana National Amputee team Mr. Sampson Deen to settle the per diems, bonuses, and allowances due them because they are going through a lot of challenges after lifting the flag of Ghana. In their quest, two weeks ultimatum to demonstrate when they are not paid.
