A video from Evangelist Patricia Asiedua, popularly known as Agradaa’s Sunday church service on July 26, 2026, has gone viral, sparking widespread reactions on social media.
During the service, Agradaa invited members of her congregation who wished to travel abroad to step forward. Several of the church’s instrumentalists responded by walking to the altar.
However, their decision did not receive the response they expected.
In the viral clip, Agradaa angrily ordered the instrumentalists away from the altar, questioning who would remain to play the church’s instruments if they all relocated abroad.
“Foolish people, you want to travel abroad and leave the church for who? Take your foolishness out of here. Who will play the organ when you travel abroad?” she is heard saying.
She further questioned whether the instrumentalists would have left the church without hesitation if they had been given the opportunity to travel.
“So, all this while, you would leave me if you got the opportunity to travel abroad?” she asked.
The video has since generated intense debate online. While some social media users defended Agradaa, arguing that she was expressing concern about losing key members of her church’s music team, others criticized her comments, saying church members should be free to pursue opportunities that could improve their lives.
As of the time of publication, Agradaa has not issued any further statement regarding the viral incident, which continues to dominate discussions across social media platforms.
