FIFA referee from Ghana, Charles Bulu to officiate the African Cup of Nations qualifiers between Cape Verde vs Eswatini on Friday, match 24, 2023.
Charles Bulu will be the centre referee to officiate the match and will be assisted by Paul Kodzo Atimaka as the Assistant line 1, Tijani Mohammed as Assistant line 2 and Abdul Latif Qadari as the fourth Official, all from Ghana.
Gregorio Badupa from Guinea-Bissau will be the match commissioner while Lemghaifry Bouchaab from Mauritania works as referee Assessor.
The match will be played at the Cidade de Praia – Santiago Estádio Nacional on Friday 24, 2023
