Nollywood star Jemima Osunde has issued a respectful but firm plea to fans and content creators: respect her personal space in public.
The actress took to X (formerly Twitter) to share her discomfort after a recent incident where a fan filmed her without asking, highlighting how intrusive such behavior can be — especially in private moments.
“I know everyone is a content creator now but please don’t see me outside and immediately shove a camera in my face. I’m begging you 
. Imagine picking tampons off the shelf and then you turn to see a camera in your face mahn,” she wrote. “Hi and nice to meet you but please no.”
Her message, though simple, sparked a wave of responses. Many social media users echoed her sentiments, agreeing that public figures still deserve respect and privacy. Others, however, argued that fame often comes with such invasions of space.
