Agricultural Development Bank PLC has announced the resignation of Hon. Mrs. Abena Osei Asare as a Non-Executive Director of the bank effective August 7, 2024, after serving six years.
Appointed in August 2018 to the Board of Directors of ADB PLC, Mrs. Osei-Asare served in several capacities as a director, including chairing the Risk Committee.
With her recent appointment as a Board Member of the Bank of Ghana and the Financial Stability Council, Mrs. Osei-Asare is no longer able to continue in her role as a Director of ADB PLC.
On behalf of the Board, Management, and Staff, the Board Chairman, Daasebre Akuamoah Agyapong II expresses appreciation to Mrs. Osei-Asare for her contribution towards the growth and development of ADB PLC.
