The Member of Parliament for Jomoro, Hon. Dorcas Affo-Toffey, has announced her readiness to resume campaigning as the December 7 general elections approach.
Affo-Toffey, who recently returned from overseas medical treatment following an accident during a campaign event, was warmly welcomed at Kotoka International Airport by party members, supporters, chiefs, and community leaders from Jomoro.
Expressing gratitude for the support and prayers she received during her recovery, the MP urged unity among her constituents as election day draws closer.
Although no fatalities resulted from the accident, several individuals, including Affo-Toffey, sustained injuries requiring medical attention.
In her statement to the media, Affo-Toffey affirmed her commitment to securing a victory for Jomoro and the NDC, saying she’s now fit and focused on delivering positive change for her constituency.
She appealed to her constituents for continued support and trust, vowing to work tirelessly to bring development to Jomoro.
