Bibiani Gold Stars goalkeeper, Emmanuel Kobi earned his side three maximum points against Accra Hearts of Oak on match week 8 of the Ghana Premier League at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium.
The shot stopper disclosed to the press how his mindset kept him going during Hamza Issah’s spot kick.
“I was not intimidates one bit. I knew I could save the penalty kick. Looking at the team I was the only person who could save them in that situation”.
Bibiani Gold Stars are still unbeaten in the 2024/2025 Ghana Premier League. Sitting on the summit of the League log their win over Accra Hearts of Oak is a big statement to their title ambitions this season.
