Black Stars center back, Jonas Adjetey reportedly suffered an injury in their 2-1 victory over St Gallen on Sunday.
Jonas Adjetey who was called up for the recent International outing for the Black Stars is set to be on the sidelines for a few weeks after he picked up “a small stress fracture in the left foot” as reported by the club.
His injury will come as a huge blow to FC Basel who are competing for the Swiss Super league trophy. Jonas Adjei could miss out on Ghana’s remaining AFCON qualifier against Angola and Niger.
