I Won’t Vote Because Of Fake and Confused Prophets- Obinim

The Founder and Leader of International God’s Way Church, Bishop Daniel Obinim in a recent sermon, expressed his frustration with what he described as fake and confused men and women of God in contemporary Ghanaian society.

He lamented about the influence of certain pastors in the upcoming 2024 general election, stating that their proclamations about who will win are preventing Ghanaians from freely choosing their leaders.

Bishop Obinim revealed that he has decided not to vote in the upcoming general election due to these concerns. He expressed disbelief at the conflicting prophecies from different pastors, all claiming to know the outcome of the election through divine revelation.

This apparent contradiction in their messages has led him to question the authenticity of their claims and the impact they have on the democratic process.

Moreover, Bishop Obinim urged Ghanaians to critically assess the performance of the two major political parties, the NPP and NDC, as they have collectively held power for over 16 years.

He emphasized the importance of making an informed decision based on the achievements of each party, rather than relying on what he perceives as conflicting and confusing prophecies. In light of these concerns, Bishop Obinim made the bold statement that he will abstain from voting in the upcoming election.

He criticized the pastors who make political prophecies for confusing and urged them to also advise their followers not to vote if they claim to know the election outcome with certainty. Bishop Obinim’s stance reflects his deep concern about the role of religious figures in influencing political decisions and the need for transparency and clarity in the electoral process.
