Ghanaian actor , Papa Kumasi revealed that there’s a longstanding issue between him and the legendary actor Agya Koo.
According to him, Agya Koo has a strong dislike for Papa Kumasi, and the reason behind it is quite surprising.
In a recent interview, Papa Kumasi explained that Agya Koo’s animosity towards him stems from his association with fellow actor Kwaku Manu. It seems that Agya Koo has a personal issue with Kwaku Manu, and because of this, he has extended his displeasure to anyone associated with Kwaku Manu, including Papa Kumasi.
Papa Kumasi shared that whenever he tries to greet Agya Koo, he is met with coldness and indifference. Agya Koo refuses to acknowledge his greetings and even avoids shaking hands with him, highlighting the strained relationship between them.
Papa Kumasi believes that this kind of animosity and division among the actors is contributing to the decline of the Kumawood movie industry.
He emphasized that Agya Koo’s refusal to work with Kwaku Manu and those associated with him is detrimental to the industry’s success.
It’s unfortunate to see personal conflicts impacting the industry in such a significant way, and it’s clear that these issues need to be addressed for the industry to thrive once again.
