Accra Hearts of Oak midfielder Hussein Mohammed has rendered an apology to supporters of the club amidst poor results. Hussein believes the team could have done better against Aduana Stars on match week 5 of the Ghana Premier League.

Hearts failed to beat Aduana Stars despite having a numerical advantage. With the game ending 0-0 supporters were left frustrated and disappointed.

Speaking after the game, Hussein Mohammed indicated they are dissappointed the results did not go their way.

“We were in need of the 3 maximum points but we can’t say much because of the outcome. Though it is sad we have to put it aside and quickly focus on the next game. We will plead with the supporters to forget about the outcome of today’s game and turn their attention to the next game”

Against Aduana, Hussein Mohammed bagged his second most valuable player of the season award.
