Dr Anthony Sorkpah ,Communication Team Member, NDC insight has if the Electoral Commission agrees to do the forensic audit the whole country is going to see how biased they are in terms of delivery.
In an interview with Ahotor news, Dr Anthony Sorkpah stated that the Electoral Commission has on other options than to correct very thing in the voter register the reason why the EC will choose that one instead is because they don’t want ghanaians to see how bias and corrupt their system is so they will rather correct all the mistakes and then release the final register that will be use to vote.
He said the only thing that he is scared of is because if the forensic audit is to come through the whole public will see all the illegal attempts and what they want to do but if the Electoral Commission just go and hind in their rooms and correct it without the public seen what they have done. It might not have the same effect they would have had it if they were to publish the forensic audit results.
Dr Anthony Sorkpah emphasised the fact that the EC is trying to do online exhibition exercise for Ghanaians to go and check their information.
Dr. Sorkpah said this is a strategy that the EC wants to do to deceive Ghanaians because if you log in there and your name is not in there, they will tell you it is a technical fault.
The game plan right now is just to delay until it becomes too late to act. He added.
If the EC know their selves that they are not hinding anything and there is on wrongdoings, the forensic audit is not anything big.
He stated that Electoral Commission supposed to be an independent body but the people working with the EC are all npp people and they are there to prevent the ballot for npp and steal from the ndc from winning power.
This is not just demonstration, the demonstration only is not enough because when the nbc goes to the EC’s office and police are preventing the ndc to summit your petition to the EC herself that she has to send somebody out there , the NDC make sure they go in there, they stand in there and let her do her do the job.
