The Target Is To Qualify For The U-20 AFCON – Coach Desmond Offei

The head coach of the Black Satellites Desmond Offei has expressed the team’s ambition to secure qualification for the African Cup of Nations and ultimately the FIFA World Cup.

Desmond Offei who doubled as the the director for coaching education at the technical directorate of the Ghana Football Association, express confident in the abundance of exceptional young talent, emphasizing the necessity of patience in nurturing their potential.

Acknowledging the invaluable support from the GFA, Desmond Offei pledges to dedicate his utmost efforts towards guiding the team to success in the U20 AFCON and the World Cup.

Having previously guided the Black Satellites to a gold medal victory in the 2023 African Games held in Ghana, Offei anticipates significant contributions from these emerging talents to the senior national team in the near future.
