Let’s continue upgrading the country’s infrastructure and development efforts, rather than resetting – NPP Tema West MP

At the commissioning ceremony for the newly constructed Borteyman School Junction Road, President Nana Akufo-Addo’s administration received high praise for its substantial infrastructure improvements.

Among the voices of support was Dennis Amfo Sefah, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Parliamentary Candidate for Tema West, who delivered a powerful vote of thanks during the event.

In his remarks, Mr. Amfo Sefa urged Ghanaians to focus on progressing towards a brighter future with Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, rather than returning to what he described as the “Stone Age” of former President John Dramani Mahama’s era.

He highlighted the significant transformative projects that have been realized under President Akufo-Addo’s leadership, especially within the Tema West constituency.

Dennis Amfo Sefa emphasized that now is the time to continue upgrading the country’s infrastructure and development efforts, rather than resetting the progress by reverting to Mahama’s leadership.

He warned that a return to John Mahama’s administration could bring back the dark days of “Dumsor,” the frequent power outages that severely hampered businesses and stifled economic growth during Mahama’s tenure.

Furthermore, Dennis made a heartfelt appeal to the president for continued support in the development of critical roads in the area, specifically mentioning the Lashibi and Adjei Kojo roads, which are crucial for the growth and development of the local community.

Expressing his deep gratitude, Dennis thanked the King of Nungua, the Chief of Bortey Man, and the people of Tema West for their unwavering support of the government’s initiatives.

He concluded his speech by reinforcing the message that Ghana needs seamless progress and development under the incorruptible leadership of Dr. Bawumia, rather than a regression to the past. He underscored his theme with a resounding call: “Upgrade, Not Reset.”
