Show me a single university that the NPP has constructed from the ground up – Asunafo South MP
Eric Opoku, the Member of Parliament for Asunafo South Constituency, emphasized that all public universities in Ghana were established by the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
He contrasted the NDC’s commitment to nation-building through infrastructure with the NPP’s record, noting the latter’s tendency to rename existing universities rather than construct new ones.
Speaking on Ahotor FM’s ‘Yepe Ahunu’ with host Nana Dogbe, Eric Opoku questioned why the NPP government, which has not initiated any new university projects, focused instead on renaming existing institutions.
He described the NDC as a symbol of hope and transformation in Ghana, dedicated to achieving social justice, economic empowerment, and national development.
Eric Opoku expressed his belief that the NDC, under the leadership of John Dramani Mahama, offers the best opportunity to improve the country’s fortunes.
He urged Ghanaians to vote out the NPP in the upcoming general elections, advocating for a change in leadership to ensure progress and development for all citizens.
