Executive Secretary of Global Fund Coordinating Mechanism Samuel Hackman was concerned that, the situation could affect the relationship between the two parties if not addressed head-on.
Mr Akandoh revealed that, at a meeting at a World Health Organisation (WHO) in Geneva, the Ghanaian component pleaded for time to make things right since the current health Minister is new to the post.
Mr Akandoh disclosed that, Dr Okoe Boye should be given the opportunity to work towards clearance.
