GFA PRESIDENT EXPRESS CONFIDENCE AHEAD OF THE GAME AGAINST MALI

The president of the Ghana Football Association Kurt Okraku has admonished the black stars of Ghana to stay focused on the game against Mali on a World Cup qualifier match in Stade du 26 mars stadium in Bamako.

Kurt is optimistic that with the quality of players in the team, the black stars should get a win in the match to boost their chance of qualifying for the FIFA World Cup 2026 in the USA.

This comes after the senior national team struggled to win games recently exiting their last two AFCON tournaments in the group stages and also without a win. The black stars will face off with the Malians in Stade du 26 Mars in Mali after two games in the qualifier, they had lost one and won one with 3 points out of a possible 6 points.

The FA President expressed his confidence in the team and believes they will deliver to the people of Ghana. He added the importance of the match to the country and believes the players are key to making it possible.
