Friday, May 17, 2024:
Nations FC narrowly defeated Accra Lions 1-0 at the Kwame Kyei Sports Complex. The match was officiated by Rustum Gameli Senorgbe, with Minkaail Fauzan and Kenneth Padi serving as assistant referees.

Saturday, May 18, 2024:
Berekum Chelsea triumphed over Asante Kotoko in a thrilling 2-1 encounter at the Golden City Park in Berekum. Referee Andrew Awurisa was in charge, assisted by Tijani Mohammed and James Osafo.

In Dawu, Accra Great Olympics fell to Legon Cities in another 2-1 clash at the Theatre of Dreams. Julian Nunoo officiated, supported by Roland Addy and Pascal Mawusi.

Sunday, May 19, 2024:
League leaders Samatex FC strengthened their title chances with a commanding 3-0 victory over Bofoakwa Tano at the Nsenkyire Sports Arena. Referee Selorm Yao Bless oversaw the match, assisted by Courage Kuedufia and Halilu Alhassan.

At the Nana Amoah Koronmansah II Park, Nsoatreman thrashed Bibiani Gold Stars 4-0. Experienced referee Robert Musey officiated the game, with Isaac Asante and Gabriel Boateng as his assistants.

In a tightly contested match at the Accra Sports Stadium, Hearts of Oak were defeated 1-0 by Aduana Stars. FIFA referee Daniel Laryea handled the game, with assistance from Kwesi Brobbey and Ernest Akatey.

At the Theatre of Dreams in Dawu, Dreams FC lost 2-1 to Hearts of Lions. James Taylor was the referee, assisted by Gilbert Adom Mensah and Frederick Danful.

Medeama secured a 1-0 win over Real Tamale United at Akoon Park, with referee Mawuli Klu in charge, supported by Paul Atimaka and Kofi Nyarko Bakae.

Finally, Bechem United beat Karela United 3-1 at the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park. The match was officiated by George Mawuli Vormawor, with Isaac Odoom and Ali Timuah Baah as his assistants.
