The Executive Director of the Good Governance Advocacy Group Ghana has strongly expressed that Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia is not suited to hold the position of President.
Listowel Nana Kusi Poku firmly stated that the Second Gentleman has significantly failed in his role as the head of the government’s Economic Management Team.
He emphasized that Dr. Bawumia is not even fit to serve as an Assemblyman, let alone aspire to the Presidency.
Listowel Nana Kusi Poku alleges that Dr. Bawumia’s actions have led him to doubt the competence of the Nana Akufo-Addo administration.
During an appearance on Ahotor 92.3 FM‘s morning show, ‘Ade Kyee Mu Nsem‘, with host Citizen Kofi Owusu, Nana Kusi Poku described the Vice President as untrustworthy and incapable of aiding the nation.

Furthermore, Listowel Nana Kusi Poku urged for the protection of a final-year nursing student who claimed she had not received the government allowance, despite assurances from the Vice President.
The Vice President of Ghana and flagbearer of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, was confronted by a final-year nursing student during a campaign event in the Bono Region. The student expressed her dismay at not receiving the government allowance (‘allawa’) meant for students.
Nana Kusi Poku accused the NPP of being callous individuals who could potentially harm the female student, hence his plea for her protection.
