Celtics Players Scores in Double Figures as they Cruises Past Heat

Jayson Tatum achieved his debut playoff triple-double by scoring 23 points, grabbing 10 rebounds and dishing out 10 assists to propel the Boston Celtics beyond the Miami Heat with a score of 114-94 in their first-round playoff series.

Derrick White contributed significantly to this win for Boston, adding 20 points and four assists against the Heat.

This victory is particularly sweet for the Celtics as last season, Miami dashed their NBA finals dreams by taking a commanding lead of 3-0 in the conference finals before crushing them in Game 7 held at Boston.

However, buoyed by the electric atmosphere at TD Garden, Boston rallied together and knocked down an impressive tally of 22 three-pointers while completely dominating Miami on both ends during the third quarter with a scoreline of 31-14. The Celtics’ lead grew exponentially to reach up to 34 points by fourth quarter’s end.

Although Miami made a late surge towards closing that gap down to just fourteen points, it was not enough as Boston kept its composure until sealing off its well-deserved triumph.

Including postseason performances along with regular games played at home ground,TD Garden,Boston boasts an outstanding record of winning thirty-eight out of forty-two matches played there; furthermore,it has also clinched victories over Miami in each one of their past four encounters.
