John Dramani Mahama, the leader of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), said again that he is very committed to keeping all the promises he made to the people of Ghana if they choose him in the next election.
He talked about this at the 2024 NDC Policy Dialogue in Peduase, in the Eastern Region, last Friday. He mentioned some important promises like making the government smaller, stopping ex gratia payments, and getting rid of the e-levy.
“I am serious about the promises I made, and I plan to keep them,” the former President said.
He also talked about some plans he has, like the “24-Hour Economy” and the “Digital Jobs Initiative.” He said these plans could make Ghana’s economy better.
“Since 2021, I have talked about more than 60 different plans to make our economy and our country better,” he said.
The NDC Policy Dialogue lasted for two days and many party members took part. They talked about different ideas and improved plans that will be in the NDC’s manifesto for the 2024 election.
