The Deputy Majority Leader and Member of Parliament for the Effutu constituency, Hon. Alexander Afenyo-Markin has presented 300 double- decker metal beds and an additional twenty boxes of street lights to the Winneba Secondary School in his constituency.
The donation by the MP is expected to help accommodate some 600 students and also address the lack of bed challenge faced by the school.
Speaking at a durbar to hand over the beds to the leadership of the school, the MP for Effutu Hon. Alexander Afenyo-Markin urged Ghanaians to create a peaceful atmosphere and remain united during the election period.
