It’s an insult to compare the former President John Dramani Mahama and Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia since the former president carry himself as a visionary leader while Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia can be described as a leader without common sense. Since 2009, the Former president John Dramani Mahama started telecommunication infrastructure by putting up digital centre which has created an opportunity for businesses to grow in the digital space. And it’s unfortunate for Dr. Bawumia to continue to pride himself as the brain behind the digital infrastructure in the country.
The former Ghana High commissioner to India Ambassador Sam Pee Yalley said this on Adekye Mu Nsem morning show on Ahotor FM 92.3 hosted by Citizen Kofi Owusu in Accra. Dr. Bawumia is just trying very hard to repackage his damage brand which lacks credibility and competence.
Through the past eight years he does not exhibit any sterling competence as the head of the economic team to turn the economy around.
He lacks management competence; by saying he has its own vision in a situation where he was part of the solid team to destroy the country.
He opined that, He is a damaged product full of deception and propaganda in his entire public pronouncement; he has nothing to offer to Ghanaians, and believe this time round his tricks of political deception will not win the hearts and minds of Ghanaians.
The Former Member of Parliament for Madina Amadu Bugari Sorogho, said the economic hardship the country is going through, there is a need to think outside the box to lift the country from the economic mess President Akuffo-Addo and Dr. Bawumia has created who are part of the leadership of the economy.
He is of the view that, Bawumia is not a presidential material listening to him on his public submission on the 24 hour economy espoused by Dr. Bawumia.
The reality confronting the country calls for leaders to think outside the box to protect the collapse economy not to degenerate further beyond junk.
He reiterated that, the country needs to adopt pragmatic policies to turn the economy around to revamp all the productive sectors to create job opportunity for the unemployed youth who are in needs of jobs. This is what John Dramani Mahama 24 hr economic policies envisage to address.
