The tribal and communal conflicts in the country are threat to our peace and stability and there is a need for the stake holders and security agencies to work hard to bring these pockets of conflicts through the country to an end.
So much money has been spending in restoring peace in these areas which can be used for another development projects.
The member of the Communication team of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Alhaji Kadel Taylor said this on the Adekyee Mu Nsem morning show on Ahotor 92.3 FM hosted by Citizen Kofi Owusu in Accra.
He said the political actors must work hard not to use any form of religious and Muslim political tool to divide the country. Let’s work with the visions with policies and development programme of respective political parties manifesto to turn the country around.
Alhaji Kadel Taylor is of the view that, the 24 hour economy proposal from National Democratic Congress (NDC) needs an insight and clarity to spell out what sector of the economy the NDC party is going to use to drive the economy. He believes the statement from Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia position on the 24 hour can be right since some areas in the service sector are operating on the 24 hour economy.
Alhaji Kadel Taylor opined that the government must take note of the financial position of the country, build the economy for efficient running of the 24 hour economy.
He therefore called on the flag bearer of the NDC come again and elaborates on the components of the policy, which institutions the government is going to work with and industries.
Azubila Emmanuel Salam Abdul, the Executive Secretary of ADAM GH said the 24 hour economy looking at the policy on the face value, it can increase productivity, since it’s likely the economy will expand to create more employment opportunities for the youth.
He is of the view that, John Dramani Mahama can be describe as productive president, since he speaks to the truth and can be trusted.
He descend on Dr. Hamamadu Bawumia saying he does not look serious when he is speaking to topical issues and therefore called on the NPP party to advice him when he is reacting to public national issues on policies should speaks to facts with further explanation.
