Medeama SC drawn in Group D in the CAF Champions League Group stage.

The Champions of the Ghana Premier League, Medeama SC have been drawn along side the Egyptian giant Al Ahly, CR Belouizdad of Algeria, and Young Africans of Tanzania.

These clubs will have to battle for both home and away points to qualify to the nest stage of the competition.
