Ghanaian Musician, Gasmilla, and the Fisherman Worldwide are delighted to announce their upcoming event.
This year’s event is scheduled to take place at the Ga Nshornaa from the 19th of August to the 9th of September 2023.
With the theme ‘’ War on Filth’’, the time is from 6: 00 am to 10: 00 am. The Fala Fala Clean-up.
The Fale Fale song, which according to him, he made the song in support of his clean-up initiative.
Gasmilla started this project in 2015 with the goal of cleaning the coastlines in Accra, and he has been doing so ever since.
According to him, it is an endeavor to restore our beaches to their former glory, we call upon all concerned citizens, volunteers, environmentalists, and local businesses to unite with us in this noble cause.
In 2016, his hit single, Fale Fale was awarded the VGMA Development Song of the Year and also in 2020 he received the Vodafone Green Ambassador Awards for his Fale Fale initiative, which has so far been enacted in Jamestown, Osu La, Teshie, Nungua, Tema, Ashongman and Pokuse among others.
The Fale Fale Beach Clean Up aims to remove all traces of waste and debris from the shoreline and surrounding areas, making it a clean and safe haven for everyone to enjoy.
