Beverly Afaglo confesses that getting married saved her from feeling like she was wasting her life

Beverly Afaglo Baah, the spouse of ‘Praye Honeho’, shared her journey of transformation after tying the knot, revealing that it prevented her from “squandering” her life.

In an interview with Kingdom FM, the famous actress shared that she shifted her focus towards creating a better home for her marriage, after leading a wild and energetic youth.

Beverly Afaglo confesses to having lived a wild and carefree life before getting married. However, tying the knot gave her the chance to leave that lifestyle behind and focus on building a solid foundation for her family.

“I don’t associate my life with anybody because, at the end of the day, I’m thankful that when you mention Ghanaian actresses, I’ll be there. If not for that (marriage), I would have done a lot of things,” she said.

The actress shared her appreciation for the positive influence of marriage on her life. Though it may have hindered her acting career in comparison to her single colleagues, she firmly believes that being married has brought her stability and a sense of direction. This has enabled her to concentrate on crucial areas in her life, and she is grateful for the decisions she has made.

“I’m glad I got married; otherwise, I may have made some poor choices and wasted my life because of my wild nature. Getting married helped me realize the importance of responsibility and put a stop to some of my reckless behavior. Overall, I feel that it was a good decision,” she explained.

Beverly Afaglo Baah is married to Eugene Kwadwo Boadu Baah, and they are proud parents of two daughters. Their older daughter, Violyn, was born in 2012, and their younger daughter, Kora, was born in 2016.
