Black Meteors defender, Edmund Arko-Mensah, is optimistic that Ghana will win against Guinea in the final group game of the 2023 U-23 Africa Cup of Nations.
In a pre-match conference, defender Edmund expressed confidence that they have put behind their last defeat and are focused to carry all three points to qualify.
“We are here for the win and nothing else. The most important message to Ghanaians is to believe in us and know it is not over yet”.
Ghana goes into the final group test needing to win if they are to progress to the knockout phase of the competition and give themselves a good chance of making it to the 2024 Olympic Games.
The Black Meteors have three points from a possible six and have a goal difference of minus three.
The match is scheduled to kick off at 8 pm in Tangier’s Ibn Batouta Stadium.
