Following the tragic accident of the Ambulance for Kwahu West Municipal Assembly, the able Director of the Nkawkaw Ambulance Service after assessing the extent of the damage and having reports from experts that the vehicle is beyond repairs, swiftly through the Coordinating Director made a humble request to the appropriate quarters. Upon request and relentless follow-ups, a brand-new ultramodern ambulance vehicle has been released to the Kwahu West Municipal.
This move had been so appropriate that the staff of the ambulance service, together with the health directorate, couldn’t hide their appreciation during the handing over, which they expressed through their zeal for their professions. They regarded it as a timely intervention that will cushion their efforts to effectively discharge their duties.
The staff of the Ambulance service through their leadership thanked the MCE and his team for their swift intervention and quick response to the Service for not only giving them a state-of-the-art Ambulance service post at the Nkawkaw by-pass but also procuring for them the needed support in their line of duties.
Municipal Chief Executive officer said they requested two ambulances due to the service and the location where the district service and now one has been released to the Assemblies.
