Freezy MacBones and his manager must contact us if he wants to fight for Ghana – GBA President
The Ghana Boxing Authority (GBA) president has expressed that boxer Freezy MacBones must reach out to them if he wants to represent Ghana.
GBA President Abraham Kotei Neequaye explained that the boxing authority is ready to support the boxer but he must first make them know if he wants to fight as a Ghanaian.
“We are not supposed to call him. He should reach out to us if he wants to fight as a Ghanaian, we are ready to support him,”
Freezy MacBones, born Seth Gyimah, has been trending on social media after he won his latest bout
Freezy MacBones as popularly called was involved in just his second professional fight over the weekend as the undercard of the bout between Joe Joyce and Zhilei Zhang.
Facing veteran Darryl Sharp at the Copper Box Arena in London, MacBones completely dominated his opponent.
Despite his raw style, he combined heavy punches with aggressiveness as he coasted to victory over Darien Sharp who has fought over 113 fights and lost 3 in all carrier bouts.
Macbones had his pro debut boxing bout taking place at east London’s York Hall on February 24, 2023, and his second which took place on April 2023. Freezy made his first appearance on a Queensberry show and put on an impressive performance emerging a winner in his second pro fight.
