The Assistant Coach of Asante Kotoko, Abdulai Gazale is poised for victory ahead of an outstanding fixture with King Faisal after defeating Real Tamale United at home.
Speaking after the victory against RTU, he expressed that the performance exhibited was a message to King Faisal ahead of their outstanding match.
“We are not going to joke with that particular match because whiles you are playing you look at the table, Currently we rank fifth and definitely if we can win that particular match we may shoot up to either the second position or the third position,”- he added
The Porcupine Warriors humiliated the Pride of the North, by four unanswered goals on Sunday night at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
With Augustine Agyapong getting the opener, Steven Mukwala scored a brace before Brazilian forward Medeiros De Souza got on the scoresheet as Kotoko walloped and recorded an emphatic win.
Kotoko will face King Faisal FC in an outstanding game, and Gazale is hoping his side replicate their good performance from the previous game
The game is scheduled to kick off at 6:00 pm on Wednesday.
