Ghana Football Association (GFA) President Kurt Edwin Simeon Okraku has extended his congratulations to Samuel Eto’o on his re-election as President of the Cameroon Football Federation (FECAFOOT).
Eto’o secured a landslide victory, garnering 85 of 87 votes during the Elective General Assembly held at the CAF Centre of Excellence in Mbankomo on November 29, 2025.
Okraku described Eto’o’s win as a testament to his exceptional leadership and the confidence of stakeholders in his administration. He highlighted Eto’o’s commitment to developing football in Cameroon, improving professionalism, and expanding opportunities for young players.
Okraku also emphasized Ghana’s readiness to continue its close collaboration with Cameroon to support the development of football on the African continent. He wished Eto’o success in his new term, encouraging him to build on the progress made over the past four years.
