Former Samatex 1996 gaffer, Coach Felix Tamakloe is optimistic that his side Nzema Kotoko still has hopes alive of qualification to the elite division.
Nzema Kotoko currently lies 3rd with 18 points in zone 2 of the access bank division 1 league zone 2 table, just 7 points between the league leaders Skyy fc and 6 points between them and Nations FC.
In an exclusive interview, after their 1-0 loss to Kotoku Royals at the cape coast sports stadium in the round 32 stages of the MTN FA cup, coach Felix Tamakloe stated categorically that his side is capable of qualifying for the premier due to the recruitment the team has made, the quality of the technical team they have at their outfit and the infrastructural projects they have acquired like the astroturf stadium and a team bus.
“Things are going well at Nzema Kotoko, our target is to qualify for the Elite division, and we still maintain that target. It is just a small problem, but we will get there. The transfer window is opening so we will beef up our squad to add some quality to the team, so people should expect a different Nzema Kotoko “.
