Ghana’s very own boxing prospect and a National Cruiserweight champion Jacob Dickson returns to the ring to fight outside the country for his first international fight which will come off in France this weekend.
He is billed to take on Cuba’s own Perez for the WBO GLOBAL CRUISERWEIGHT TITLE but he couldn’t make it to France because of visa issues. Hard-hitting south boxer Albert Ramirez will take on his place and still fight for the title.
According to the renowned Coach Lawrence Lokko, they were informed about this situation just last night but that can’t stop them from hitting their goal of making Ghanaians proud in France though they’ve had bad times on their arrival here.
All weigh-in is done as both boxers prepare to meet at Casino de Deauville in France on Sunday night for the championship fight.
