Aspiring organizer for NDC UK/ IRELAND forthcoming election Yaw Ntem Afriyie has called for unity , togetherness of the party’s forthcoming internal elections slated for January 14th, 2023 in the UK.
The NDC is clearing the road to prepare and elect its new National executives which will pave the way for them to steer the affairs of the party for the next four years within which the umbrella fraternity is preparing adequately to recapture power from the substandard NPP in 2024.
In an interview with this portal, Mr Afriyie extended his profound well wishes to all aspirants and admonished them to be very circumspect of their actions which may disturb the peace of the party.
He added that, as the time of elections and processes have just commence, those vying for various positions should eschew petty infighting and campaign devoid of malice, rancour, name calling, derogatory and vituperative comments, personal attacks, unjustifiable allegations and all such unseemly conduct which has the tendency to divide the members of the party and thwart the unity and cohesion in the NDC UK/IRELAND Chapter.
He said all aspirants ought to do away with behaviours that may be detrimental to the party’s internal peace during the main campaign in 2024.
He admonished all aspirants to be conscious for the reason that , this is intra- party contest and when the elections are over , the party will surely need all onboard to deliver exhilarating victory for the party in the 2024 Polls.
