The Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Bernard Antwi Boasiako, popularly known as Chairman Wontumi says the fortunes of the country will see a massive turnaround under an Akufo Addo-led government.
According to him, President Akufo-Addo will restore hope in the economy, therefore, urging the public to believe in the President to deliver on his promises.
“Nana Akufo Addo was elected to serve the people of Ghana and so it is important that we have trust in him to deliver on 80 percent of his promises. By the end of our 4-year term, trust me Ghana will become like Dubai under Akufo Addo” he said on Accra-based Okay FM.
Mr. Antwi Boasiako maintained that challenges with healthcare delivery, unemployment and general downturn of the economy are evidence of the mismanagement of the erstwhile Mahama government.
Nana Akufo-Addo, he added is hopeful unemployment would be reduced under his leadership
“Ghana has a bright future and if we continue with projects, the country will progress tremendously,” he said.
