Ghana Begins Fasting & Prayers For The Black Stars Ahead Of Qatar 2022.

The Ghana football association has announced the commencement of fasting and prayers for the Ghana Black stars before the Qatar World cup in December.

The GFA has generated mixed reactions from fans of football after it announced a National day for fasting and prayers for the Ghana Black Stars before Qatar 2022.

Ghana is back to compete in the world cup after missing Russia 2018, the Black Stars sealed Qualification over Nigeria earlier this year to earn a spot in Group H with South Kora, Portugal, and Uruguay.

As a matter of religious urgency and spiritual preparation, the main religions in Ghana will commence fasting and prayers nationwide in Ghana effective today.

The Muslims all over Ghana are expected to fast and pray today October 21, 2022, while Christians begin theirs on Sunday, October 23, the FA has announced 

The move by the Ghana football association has generated mixed reactions from a section of the populace.

While others believe that is a good move, some think that is a completely needless venture.

Meanwhile, Nii Odartey Lamptey, the former Black Stars player and Aston Villa attacker disclosed he doesn’t expect Ghana to make any impact at the Mundial
