Ghanaian musician and guitarist, Uncle Ebo Taylor has disclosed that when you stay away from too much sex and other sexual lifestyles it is an assurance that you will live long.
He said in an interview that his secret to a long life has been his decision not to eat plenty of fruits, live a healthy life and avoid too much sex
According to Uncle Ebo Taylor, often sex could have an unfavorable health effect on an individual which could downsize their lifespan.
“No, rather you should stay away from sex. I don’t have enemies.” That was his response when he was asked how he had stayed relevant for a long time without any health complications.
He has been on several international stages in cities such as Las Vegas, Chicago, New York, and others while having diabetes, which has impacted his eyesight.
According to him, he takes good care of himself, eats well, abstains from too much sex, and remains unharmed.
