The Member of Parliament for Banda Constituency, Ahmed Ibrahim has indicated that, most Ghanaians have lost trust in politicians
He explained that, Member of Parliaments are on break and most of them have had engagements with their constituents and looking at issues on grounds, there is the need for a change in governance because if things should continue the way it is now, our democracy might be in a shamble
Speaking on Simpieso, the hottest political show airborne on Ahotor FM hosted by Emmanuel Martey, Alaska De Don, Hon Ahmed indicated that, the trust Ghanaians have in politicians has been betrayed by this current government because the Nana Addo-Bawumia led government have failed to fulfill the numerous promises they made, leaving Ghanaians to suffer under high economic hardship
He said, “the government cannot continue to pack the Supreme courts and other courts and continue to implement their strategies in their ‘Agyapade document’. If something is not done, it will be a disaster”
