Ghanaian veteran actor, Prince Yawson, popularly known as Waakye reportedly died earlier today at the 37 military Hospital after battling an illness.
He died at age 52, the sad news was confirmed by the veteran actor, Bob Smith Jnr (Diaboloman)
He has featured in many famous movies and series in the Ghanaian space.
The actor confirmed rumors of his illness somewhere in October 2020 but added that God has healed him.
It was reported that he had been hit by a mild stroke some years ago. He went through a lot but he was able to survive.
But unfortunately, he couldn’t survive this time.
Unfortunately, the actor passed on yesterday, August 2, 2022.
