The newly promoted Ghana Premier League side has completed the signing of former Great Olympics manager Annor Walker as the new Head coach of the club, Ahotor Sports can report.
Walker, who currently is the Head coach of Ghana’s CHAN team- Black Galaxies, will be assisted by coach Henry Lamptey Wellington.
Samartex will play in the Premier League for the first time in their 16-year history, having lost the slot to Bibiani Goldstars in the previous Division One League (DOL) season.
Samartex 1996 FC plans to revamp their squad for the task ahead with some new signings.
