A group calling itself the Asogli Youth Association has backed the Paramount Chief of Agbognomefia Traditional Area, of the Volta Region, Togbe Afede the (14) over his rejection of an amount of ¢360,000 as ex-gratia, during a service he rendered to the Council of State by way of a part time engagement.
Though many Ghanaians have lauded the Chief for showing leadership and being principled, the likes of a broadcast Journalist, Paul Adom Otchere, has taken a swipe at the Chief for being dishonest.
Simon Ohene, a member of the group in an interview with Citizen Kofi Owusu on the Breakfast Show of Ahotor 92.3 fm
said they (the youths) do not see anything wrong with what Togbe has done.
They have therefore placed a call on Paul Adom Otchere to render an apology to the Chief, else the Youth in the Ho will advised themselves and threatened of a boycott show henceforth.
