Police would find it difficult to incriminate the alleged teacher who sodomised 19 school children

A private medical practitioner, Dr Dennis Bortey says, the period in delay in seeking medical assistance to prove sodomy allegation by 19 school children of Kulpi Junior high School against their teacher Nagtomah Otabil, may not provide the evidence for prosecution.

He therefore advised the police not to solely rely on the medical records.

In his comments, a private legal practitioner, Christian Malm Hesse says, because of the time lapse the prosecution, could be problematic.

The nineteen boys are expected to be transported to the Tamale Teaching Hospital for the rectal examination.
