The General Secretary for the Convention People’s Party, Nana Yaa Akyempim Jantuah says former President, John Dramani Mahama has become a ghost hunting and thorning the New Patriotic Party whenever he speaks.
The CPP representative on a local tv station stated that Mahama’s do or die comment has forced NPP to organize 5 press conferences which she sees as not important.
According to her, the New Patriotic Party is following John Mahama closely and whenever he speaks, he become a ghost hunting and thorning the NPP.
She wonders the importance of those press conferences and of what it is to the country’s development.
Nana Yaa Akyempim Jantuah told NPP government to focus on fixing the economy instead of following Mahama everywhere and explained that, the NPP should know that, John Mahama is an opposition leader who is doing a lot to become a president.
Speaking on ‘all die be die’ and ‘do or die’ statement from Nana Akufo-Addo and John Mahama, she said Politicians should be extra careful with their statements put out into the public space, because former President, John Dramani Mahama’s statement is not meant for evil but people have seen it as evil in the political atmosphere.
She told Ghanaians that there is no violent words from any Politician or political parties, but people died in the last election.
From her point of view, NPP should stop attacking John Dramani Mahama and focus fixing the country as fix the protestors has asked them to do.
