Captain of Hasaacas ladies Football Club Janet Agyir has claimed that their toughest game in the just ended WAFU ZONE B Women’s Champions League in competition was against Burkinabe side USFA.
Crowned the best defender of the just ended Women’s Premier League in Ghana, Agyir, said the game was one that was a make or break for them.
”All the matches were difficult but the toughest one was our game against the Burkinabe side union sportive force Armees”.
”It was a game that if we were not able to win ,I think Ghanaians would have scolded us a lot.”
Having been crowned the best player of the tournament, the experienced defender said she wasn’t surprised her efforts were rewarded. She finally thanked the Ghanaian Community in Abidjan.
”I was happy when I received the player of the tournament award but I was not surprised at all because it was my hard work and determination that have paid for me”.
”We thank all the Ghanaians communities in Ivory Coast for supporting us, we appreciate the love and support they gave us”.
