Free SHS is not a bad thing, but. . . – Arko Gunn

Deputy Communications officer of the NDC Godwin Arko Gunn says the Freeshs policy is not a bad policy but the lack of infrastructure is making the implementation a bad decision.

Speaking on Ahotor Fm’s morning show, Mr Gunn said the NDC had better plans in place that would have solved the infrastructure problem.

He says that is why the former president John Mahama started to build classrooms to start the free day school before gradually moving to the boarding students.
